Are you looking for a way to get some exercise or relive some stress ? Hooping is a great way to do this you can hoop inside your apartment or outside in your driveway! There are a ton of different websites to help get you started too! It's low impact and is a fabulous core workout as well.
Adorit makes our own so give us your sizing we recommend for beginners to start out with a 40Inch or 42 Inch for those a bit taller. We have shown the tape we have in stock currently so let us know your preference and we will make one for you :)
