Shipping and Orders

What form of payments do you take?

We accept major credit cards such as; American Express, Mastercard and Visa. There is also the option of paying through Paypal.

How long does it take to process my order?

Online orders will take approximately 24 to 72 hours to process, depending when exactly the order was made. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes of course! We offer shipping all across the world.

How long is my order going to take to arrive?

Within Ontario: 2-5 business days                                                                                    

Outside of Ontario: 7-10 business days                                                                        

World Wide (Including the US): 12- 20 business days

What type of shipping do you offer?

Currently, we offer Standard Shipping with the carrier "Canada Post" for all purchases made with Adorit. This also includes a tracking number.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for ALL orders that total +$200 CAD.

Flat rate within Ontario: 12$                                                                                        

Flat rate across all other provinces in Canada (excluding Ontario): $15  

For the US and International orders, the flat rate is:  $20

Option of picking up order in boutique: Free                                                                                                                                    

*Any duties, if incurred, are the responsibility of the customer. Adorit does not pay duties, nor can we provide estimates on duties.

What size should I buy?

Sizing will vary across brands, so it may be helpful to contact us if you are ever unsure.

We can provide measurements for any of our pieces. Just contact through email at emma@adorit.ca or call 1+ 613-241-8354. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

What is your return/exchange policy?

Adorit wants to ensure that all of our customers are happy with their purchases. If there are any issues or concerns, please contact us at emma@adorit.ca.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase date. If those 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer any refund or exchanges.

To complete returns and exchanges in person, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In addition, to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.

What if an item is damaged?

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. It will follow the same process as an exchange. Refer to the "Return Instructions" below.

Return Instructions

To return, exchange or replace an item. Please contact us first at emma@adorit.ca

Provide the information of your order, your name and reason for the return or exchange. Once we've confirmed the request. The next steps will be given through email.

Refunds will only be issued through the original payment method ​(Credit Card, PayPal account, or direct deposit) used to make the purchase.

Adorit will not be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will not be included.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
